How'd The Outreach Go?
The 2010 Frostproof Christmas Parade was a great experience. Four new seed sowers joined our team. Around 2,500 Gospel tracts (seeds) were shared. One of the highlights was a mother and daughter team. I love it when God brings a family together to sow the Word. By the way, the daughter was 8 years old. That's right, an 8 year old following Jesus by fishing for the lost with Christmas Gospel tracts. WOW!

brings the church together for His glory. This outreach was no different! The age group of Gospel workers ranged from 9-70. Similar to last week - a father brought his daughter to share the Good News. I am honored that God is using the simple act of sharing tracts to use families in ministry.

What Do We Do?
Evangelizing the Lost – reaching the lost, using the Law and the Gospel. (Galatians 3:24) Biblical Evangelism is the approach of using the Ten Commandments to show a person their desperate need for salvation. Upon using the Ten Commandments as a “mirror”, a person realizes how filthy they are with sin. The Gospel of Grace (the cross, repentance, faith, and forgiveness) is then administered. Equipping & Mobilizing Christ Followers- the redeemed for the work of the ministry, is part of becoming a fully developed disciple. (Ephesians 4:11-16) All spiritual disciplines must become fully developed and utilized (not just evangelism development). (Matthew 28:19-20) Evangelism Outfitters equips and moblizes through organized classes and talks that culminate in hands on experiences to practice what you have learned. (James 1:22-25)
Feeding the Hungry - we will teach you how one person or family can effectively provide food and drink (MANNA BAGS) to the hungry and thirsty. (Matthew 25:35-40)
Speaking Engagements - proclaiming the Gospel in a spirit of humility and boldness. (2 Timothy 4:2)

Mission Statement
Evangelism Outfitters exists for the purpose of One; to glorify God alone. We do this by striving to enable the sinner to fully understand their sinfulness, the grace, love, forgiveness, judgment of God, and the desperate need for repentance and faith to be placed in Jesus for salvation. We also provide equipping for saints to continue on the road or get started on the journey of becoming fully developed and functioning Christ followers.
Why Should I Use Gospel Tracts?
- You can do a great work for God and lead many people to the knowledge of Christ.
- It needs no translator, when it is in the language of the reader, as the Holy Spirit reveals His Word instantly to the reader. It may be read by scores of people before God is finished with its purpose.
- It always catches a person in the right mood, because the Holy Spirit will always speak to the heart as the Word is being read.
- It conveys a message that is not ever lost, like a sermon, and can be read over and over again, long after you are gone and forgotten.
- It can be used by either the intellectual or the uneducated, because no speaking skills are needed to convey its message.
- It is easily carried in a pocket or purse and between the pages of a book.
- It can be used by anyone, any age, deaf, mute, crippled or even in a wheelchair.
- It requires no food, clothing or shelter.
- It travels by any mode or class and in all kinds of climate and weather conditions.
- It cost very little and travels inexpensively.
- It is always ready to witness to its readers at any time and at any location.

- It keeps on working while you are sleeping, even when you are unable to distribute it.
- It never gets tired and gives up.
- It glorifies only Jesus as the Holy Spirit reveals the Word of God to its readers.
- It never argues back when its message is disputed, and it always sticks to the Truth.
- It speaks clearly and right to the point.
- It never yields to the temptation to compromise the Truth of the gospel of Christ.
- It does not flinch and show cowardice when the Truth it conveys is not believed.
- A tract is never embarrassed, timid nor fearful and isn't hurt by rejection.

God has blessed me with a marriage of over 16 years as well as being a father for over 12 years. It has been an honor to be graciously used by God as the organizer of Savannah Outreach, Evangelism Outfitters, and formerly Evangelism Coordinator with Dundee Baptist Church. I am a member of the non-denominational evangelism association - Ambassadors’ Alliance. God willing, I will be a graduate of The School of Biblical Evangelism in 2011. The Gospel messages and writings of A.W. Tozer, John Wesley, and John Piper have tremendously influenced my life. In the workforce, I have served the pest control industry over 13 years.
